Nominate Howard Stern for the Nobel Peace Prize

I'm petitioning the the Obama administration, or more specifically, President Obama himself or someone who meets the necessary criteria to nominate Howard Stern, the famous radio personality for a Nobel Peace Prize. He's used his media platform to reach millions of people to advocate for gay rights, animal rights, and freedom of speech, not to mention literally talking people down off the ledge on more than one occasion. Who knows how many road rage incidents and workplace shootings have been avoided thanks to him? I'm not saying he'll actually win the prize, but spending the last 30 years making countless millions of people laugh on the way to their miserable jobs and decreasing the collective stress level of the nation should at least earn him some consideration.
