We the people do hereby solicit the acting President of the United States of America Barrack Obama to nominate Judge Andrew Napolitano to fill the seat left vacant in the United States Supreme Court by the passing of Justice Scalia.
Said nomination should happen without delay and with Mr. Napolitano's consent.
