Nominate Judge Andrew Napolitano for the vacant Supreme Court seat with the passing of Justice Scalia.

I would like a true libertarian constitutionalist on the Supreme Court. Judge Naplolitano would base every decision on what the constitution would allow, be it liberal civil rights issues, or conservative civil rights issues. He would be honest, and anger both sides of the aisle so he would not be a politically pandering nomination.
