Calls upon the Obama Administration to honor the legacy of Antonin Scalia by nominating one of his former law clerks, Lawrence Lessig to the Supreme Court. Lessig is a Harvard Law professor called by Judge Richard Posner, "the most distinguished law professor of his generation." Lessig is uniquely qualified to serve as a Supreme Court Justice and uphold the constitution. His main policy goal is getting money out of politics, something the Obama Administration has expressed strong support for. The nomination of Larry Lessig to the Supreme Court would ensure that our democracy is upheld and defended for the duration of his tenure on the bench.
