Mr. Paul Hutter was a former JAG U.S. Army Officer, former VA General Council, part-time Acting VA Chief of Staff, and is the VA General Council of Tri-Care at present. When Mr. Hutter worked for the VA, he tried to make the VA employees follow VA Regulations and U.S. Laws. He had gotten little-no support to clean-up the VA compensation claims processing division along with VA medical. Mr. Hutter understands what is going on in the VA and as long as he gets support from the U.S. President, Congress, and U.S. federal law-enforcement he will clean-up the VA !
