We the people request President Obama to nominate himself to the Supreme Court.
With less than one year left in office, this action would give President Obama the opportunity to extend his legacy to the Supreme Court, where he will be able to help shape the application of the law for the rest of his career.
President Obama is a highly qualified legal scholar and law professor who would be an excellent addition to the Supreme Court. Furthermore, his experience in the Executive Branch would be invaluable for injecting pragmatism into Supreme Court deliberations.
Lastly, this would allow Vice President Biden to assume the Presidency for the remainder of President Obama's term. Vice President Biden has been a loyal public servant, and this would be the perfect capstone to his career.
