President Obama, end your historic Presidency on a high note: successfully nominating the most supreme court justices since Reagan. This is both admirable and necessary - I say this as a libertarian conservative - the constitution tells you this must be done and you have resolved to do it; I applaud you, sir.
However, a nominee will likely not be affirmed through a hostile senate who does not hold their ideals and you can't nominate a justice in opposition to your own.
In the ven-diagram of political issues one centralist person who fits the mold of strict constitutionalism, doesn't take partisan sides and whose positions are neither wholly liberal nor conservative and is guaranteed to pass senate affirmation comes to mind.
Please nominate Judge Andrew Napolitano.
