Nominate retired General Wesley Clark for Secretary of Defence.

General Wesley Clark should be made the new Secretary of Defence. He was the Supreme allied commander of NATO during the Clinton administration and did a great job bringing the balkan wars in the former Yugoslavia to an end. He is brilliant on foreign policy and military affairs. Since he has been retired from active military service for more than 10 years he legally can hold this office. And although he did run for President he has never held elective office and would be seen as someone who could also work with the GOP. Mr Obama please choose Gen.
