POTUS's nomination to the Supreme Court should an Italian-American woman, proud of being an American because it is the country she grew up in, that gave her the opportunity to become who she is today and believes in freedom of speech and artistic expression. She is also proud of her father's Italian heritage which why she is passionate about the things she believes in and why her blood boils when she's misunderstood or unfairly judged for her beliefs. When a mind is imprisoned then our spiritual life dies, when a spirit dies, there is no reason to live. Every night, before performing, she prays the audience will watch with an open heart and an open mind and see it as a celebration of love, life and humanity. She is named for the mother of Jesus and is a true and just Madonna.
