Those who sign here, petition President Barack Obama to nominate Tony Stark as the next United States Secretary of Defense.
In recognition of Tony Stark's contribution to the defense of the United States through the innovation and creation of the "Iron Man" suit, we, the people, ask that Mr. Stark be recruited and retained for the purpose of further improving our national defense.
Given the fact that Mr. Stark has the 2nd Amendment right to "keep and bear arms," Mr. Stark is under no obligation to surrender the "Iron Man" technology to the United States Government. Knowing this, President Barack Obama should take Mr. Stark's offer to serve as Secretary of Defense (provided hours are "amended").
