All citizens have a right to a fair trail by a jury of their peers. Having a jury that is all one race is unfair representation and creates unjust biases that allow the justice system to create damaging injustices rather than serve the intended purposes of promoting it. Furthermore, there needs to be accountability for the make up of juries, a checks and balance system so that the system can't be swayed by stacking juries with one race.
