We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

That Non gun owners no longer be forced to pay for the social cost of guns that we did not purchase.

Created by P.S. on July 10, 2016

Non gun owners are presently forced to pay the social cost of guns, aprox. $230 BILLION PER YEAR. No where in the constitution does it say or imply that non gun owners should be forced to pay this bill for gun owners so that gun manufacturers can make money. We have forced Cigarette smokers to pay the social cost of Cigarettes with a per-pack tax which keeps non-smokers for having to pay the social cost of cigarettes for smokers. A similar tax should be levied on gun sales and ammo sales so that non gun owners are not forced to pay the social cost for gun owners, and artificially fill the coffers of gun makers at the expense of non gun owners.
