Non US citizen workers, companies and immigrants, working within the USA, must pass a civil rights knowledge test.

Any person who is not a US citizen, or a company operating in the USA, where the US constitution applies. Must be furnished with USA civil rights, in their language, and pass a knowledge test of those civil rights before, being employed, directing US workers, persons or companies.
