People that have non-violent felonies need jobs too! Non-violent felons need to be able to get a job without worrying about not getting a fair opportunity to get hired. Everyone has made mistakes, it's just that some people pay for it. If they allow felons equal chances to get employment, I believe the crime rate will go down. GIVE NON-VIOLENT FELONS A SECOND CHANCE!!!!
