“None of the Above” will appear on ballots. If “None of the Above” wins there is a new election with new candidates.

Less than 50% of the US population 18 or older do not participate in US elections. The process whittles the choices down to two well-funded party choices. Since there are only two this allows collusion between them and they word their policies just well enough to better the other. This leaves little to no choice for the people thus people decide not to participate. The election process needs a mechanism to challenge these candidates so that they appeal to the voters.
