Nonviolent First Defentdants.

Dear: President Barack Obama, I was writing and hoping that a change in the law can be pass. For nonviolent first time defendants that has just about same time as the violent defendants. Only if the law can perhaps drop from 85% to at lease 65%. I think that will help tremendously. Most of the inmate has been incarcerated for decades and still have decades to go. They have been on good behavior since been incarcerated, some are deteriorating their health is very poor. Some of their sentence need to be reevaluated so maybe they can come home sooner. Some don't get the medical attention that they need. We the people don't want someone to call to say our love one has pass way. So I pray you have time out of ur busy day to read my petition, cause something need to be done on this situation.
