Opening access to this neighboring country will provide opportunities for American business, increase American export potential, allow Cuban Americans to re-unite with their families, and give Americans a new place to vacation. China is becoming increasingly influential in the Caribbean and we need to use capitalism to help mold this island into a more open, free market society.
