The War on Drugs has only benefited all the wrong people. The US and Mexico's governments need to concider a different approach. Here is just one opportunity to turn it all around:

To whom it may concern,
I have a vision an idea to plan a, “High Tech, Green, fully functioning Tomorrowland” A city with all the latest innovations and designs, hanging gardens and advanced transportation. With US based companies like Disney, Google, Microsoft… we could show the world how it is done. Although it now sounds absurd, I think this project should take place in Northern Mexico approximately 20 -30 miles South of the existing border. This would alleviate many immigration issues that now plague the USA. It would also be profitable for many North American construction and supply companies.
