North Carolina A “NON” Right To Work State

A) North Carolina shall “NOT” and will “NOT “be “A RIGHT TO WORK STATE”

B) Any Employee Fired for any rezone shall be eligible for Unemployment benefits in North Carolina regardless of why they are fired.

C) All Businesses using Employees threw Employment agencies in North Carolina shall by law hire the Temporary Employee who has worked 90 days of work threw an agency and must hire the Employee at the rate the businesses paid the agency for the Temporary Employee.

D) Businesses shall “NOT” Fire , Lay off , or Stop using a Temporary employee upon 90 days to avoid hiring.
