North Korea (DPRK 조선민주주의인민공화국): Per policy, The United States of America does not negotiatiate with terrorists nor should this country shy away from terrorist threats made by any country.
The North Korean National Defense Commission has issued a direct physical threat of harm to the United States stating that they are "technically ready" to test their nuclear arsenal (ie using rockets and satellites) to target the west coast.
This behavior and rhetoric must be vigorously opposed given this credible and imminent threat.
This petition is to set a red line from the American People. Supporting the child-like tantrums of backward regimes like DPRK should not be tolerated in the civilized world. If North Korea wishes to join the rest of the civilized world in constructive pursuits, we're here
