North Koreas threats of nuclear missles aimed at the US

I was watching on Fox news how we are being strict on Iran for their nuclear program when we have Noth Korea already fired four missles. Now they are threatening to fire another in February and it was announced on public TV that they were taking aim at the U.S. its "sworn enemy". Yet there is nothing done about it except advising them not to fire another. Some kind of force should be used to make sur they don't fire another at us and not stand by till they get it right.
