According to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, in 2014 there were an estimated 49,300 veterans in our own country who are homeless. This is a shameful statistic, and one that no politician who says he values and respects veterans can ignore. Bringing Syrian
"refugees" to this country and finding them homes when we still have that many of our own service members without a place to sleep is disgusting and should never happen. Not a single foreign refugee should be allowed to enter this country and find a home before our veterans can do so. If we can do that for Syrians, we can do it FIRST for our VETERANS.
