The 30% decrease in Medicare reimbursement to physicians, hospitals, nursing homes and other health related companies equals a 30% pay decrease across the board. Most Americans don't realize that ALL private insurance companies base their payments to health care providers on a percentage of Medicare reimbursement. Physician's practices, hospitals, medical equipment companies, etc cannot afford a 30% cut in pay!
If this pay cut occurs, many physicians will no longer accept Medicare or private insurance; they won't be able to afford it! Many jobs will be lost. On top of the pending decrease comes Obamacare which will make this percentage even higher.
Protect your relationship with YOUR physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, etc and tell the government that these cuts are unacceptable!
