For too long, our government has been able to get around not having a balanced budget. These circumventions will only create more and more problems as time goes on.
Even though this government should be liable under the Balanced Budget Act to create a balanced budget; it is avoided every year.
We do not care if the government has to be shut down for a month, we want a balanced budget so America can get back on it's feet and prosper!
