not allow any congress member to vote on any bill they were not present during voting at, making names public record.

Created by R.B. on January 02, 2013

No Congress member should be able to vote on anything they were not present in Congress to vote on. If a citizen who votes for a congress person cannot vote officially due to presence in a voting booth, it should not be allowed for our Congress to vote on issues there were not even there to adhere to. Listed annually should be the names of Congress with what they did not vote on and their presences in Congress. American people need to know the people we are voting for are actually doing something instead of wasting our time and money.
