Hobby Lobby and other corporations/buisness are trying to claim exemption from certain laws based on religious beliefs. A corporation is not a person, and employs more than those affiliated with just one religion and so should not be able to claim religious affiliation to any one particular religion, belief system, and or moral values. Furthermore, the Constitution/Ammendments clearly atate a separation between Church and State therefore making it unconstitutional to give such exemtions based on any religion and/or belief system.
