We as a People will not allow California or any other State in America to create, establish or maintain any supervised drug use facilities to prescribe or administer crack, heroin, opioids or any other controlled substances to the public, addicts, or possible overdosed persons. Thereby stopping and preventing the legalization of addiction to continue running our streets aided and funded by the US government and our taxes. We the People must prevent drug use at all costs which means keeping it out of the legal, medical and other economical systems on which we maintain and sustain our livelihood and the lives of our children. We must not allow addiction to become a disease, it is a problem which does not need medication, it needs Justice!
