Not allow child custody or visitation rights to any person male or female who hits their spouse in front of any child.

Many children witness domestic violence everyday in the United States and should not have to be around that. Any person who commits an act of domestic violence should have all rights revoked and not be allowed to have custody or visitation rights with the child in question. Keep our children from having to be around dangerous people, many kids are missing and most of them are family related.
