We are asking the US government to prevent the sale of cutting edge technology and companies that develop those technologies (like A123 Systems) to countries like China and other non-friendly competing nations. We do not want to see our international competitors gaining the competitive edge through acquiring technologies that were developed in the US, many at tax payer expense. We need to protect all the R&D dollars that have been invested. Why give that away?
