Not allow congress or the senate to end their legislative session until the budget has been passed.

Created by J.H. on March 05, 2013

Congress, the President and the Senate are to remain in Washington for the entirety of their term or until the national budget has been formulated and passed. They are to do this while receiving a salary of 1 dollar during every year it takes to finish this task to help offset the deficit they have created, either through inaction or incompetence. All recesses are to be curtailed, all vacations are to be suspended, and no lawmaker shall be allowed to abstain from a vote until such time as this major issue affecting our country has been resolved.
