Not Allow Congress or Senate to vote in their own raise put raises for them up to vote during election years,

No more ear tags and auto raises for Congress and Senate. To be able to get a raise it has to go to the public to be put up for a vote.
No one in these forums can vote themselves raises with out it going up to the general public to be voted upon first. It must be a 51 percent vote. If not it can not go up again till next election period minimum 2 (two) years. No hiding raises in ear mark legislature bill must be put out front and can only be separate legislature bill for raises
