Not allow Congress to receive an annual raise, cost of living raise, or any other type of increase in their income

Congress or any government official should not receive any pay raises due to lack of work. The people have not approved the raises, and they work for us, the People. It should be mandated that if Congress is suppose to be in session and they do not show up or can not come together in agreeance in an appropriate time, then they should not get paid until they do.
