Not allow Congress to waste tax payer dollars on frivolous debates.

Created by S.H. on November 23, 2011

I propose that Congress not be allowed to debate on items such as whether or not pizza should be formally listed as a "vegetable". This shows a gross negligence of use of tax payer's dollars and misinformation. The premise of pizza being a vegetable because it contains a certain amount of tomato paste or sauce shows a lack of thorough research considering a tomato is a fruit. This is one of many examples of items that need to not have their time or our dollars wasted when there are bigger issues out there such as creating a budget and not allowing the government shut down. This is not why Congressional Representatives were voted into office and limits should be implemented to keep the real issues in perspective and focus.
