The FDA has submitted their long-awaited final draft of proposed regulations for E-Cigs and Vapes. These regulations aren’t designed to make vaping products safer, they will wipe out virtually all devices and e-liquid on the market today. Mods, tanks, RDAs, batteries, juice, and even DIY supplies will vanish from the market. I believe that instead of banning them, they should create guidelines for them, like with tobacco products. The Obama Administration should not allow for the regulations to be put into effect and allow people to continue quit smoking with E-cigs, and allow recreational users to keep enjoying this activity.
