NOT allow females to serve in Combat Arms roles.

Do not allow women to serve in Combat Arms roles such as Infantry. This argument has nothing to do with whether women can or cannot do the job, and is neither FOR or AGAINST women's rights and equality. BUT, it has everything to do with unit readiness, aggressiveness, and effectiveness. The people making these types of policies are people who have never led troops in combat, or at least haven't in several decades. This policy fundamentally will not work. Women permanently assigned to these roles will undermine readiness at the tactical level. ANY female is a distraction to males deployed for a year, for obvious reasons. A leader will be less inclined to assign a female an equal share of the task if he's trying to score points. No matter how someone feels about that it is reality.
