I am based in Moscow Russia and recently I found out from my Russian friends that some Russians based in Moscow creates accounts on White House website to petition Russian Singer Leps's case and to lift US sanctions imposed on him.
I find it very disturbing, that a forein nationals can take part in petitioning US government for any cause or reason.
