The assault weapons ban, that is currently being written by Senator Dianne Fienstien, is going to reinstate the failed assault weapons ban of 1994. We have learned that banning firearms based on their appearence will not affect violent crime rates. Politicians that have no experience with firearms should not determine how firearms should look.
