Not allow government payment of wages to gov't employees if congress does not pass a budget as required by law

Created by S.E. on November 14, 2012

It is irresponsible and unacceptable that our government is not held accountable with spending and that a budget has not been passed in almost 4 years. Everyday Americans have to live within means and are held accountable if they spend more than they take in. Government works for. The people, not the people work for the government. Irresponsibility exhibited by a legislative and executive government that refuses to be responsible should be held accountable financially. If a budget is not passes, no one in the government should be paid until such budget is passed. If the budget is not balanced, the percent overspent should be deducted from all federal government employees. Our government needs to stop acting like children and be responsible
