The administration has said they would allow wind energy companies to kill or injure bald and golden eagles with no penalties. If these "Green Energy" companies are really good for the environment then they should not need a "green" light to kill eagles. Eagle are also not the only birds affected by wind farms. Companies illegally leave flood lights on all night attracting migratory birds that are already exhausted, killing them.
