Like it or not RVs and Tiny homes are already fulfilling housing options in our society. Many people by choice or economic need are opting for these alternatives. A tiny home community was just created in Austin Texas for the homeless. In Colorado, tiny home subdivisions are being planned. It makes more sense to create standards for their safety than to forcibly de-legitimize what is already a viable movement in the United States and worldwide. Mandatory house size minimums and prohibitions against accessory structures are probably one of the single biggest barriers with respect to creating new affordable housing. Please work with these communities directly to create some uniform standards for safety instead of remotely undermining an option that is here to stay. Thank you
