This petition is to allow Lance Armstrong back in to the sporting arena of his choosing. We ask for executive order to disallow sporting agencies to handout unfair punishment like the one Armstrong is going through. All athletes have a passion to succeed; some athletes travel down a path they can never take back(especial in endurance sports) and to disallow the opportunity to have a second chance is simply not American and completely unfair when others have not received the same.
