Not allow me and others to continue to fall victim to people and system's that were designed to help and protect us.

This issue will always be a problem until it is addressed at all levels instead of just the ones that make it to the headlines. The police and everyone else, the ones who bring disgrace to the thought of justice and peace, did not by chance just become these individuals. It was actions, reactions and behaviors they picked up from what was acceptable from their commanding officers, the people who placed them in "power". They are all connected, the police to the detectives to the prosecutor to your attorney(before judge) then the judge, probation/parole etc. These tight connections between all these different powerful groups and/or individuals for years has set the stage for one of the biggest organized crime rings in history. Its them trigger happy kids that's going to mess it up for them.
