This is in relation to the expansion of Comcast data caps for those that have ditched cable TV subscriptions. Many services in today's markets are going towards a digital model and will only increase the amount of data that one uses at home. This should not be extorted by the 1 or 2 providers in your area, and should be unlimited, as the service provided now is substandard. Expansion of competition would also help (example, Chattanooga, Tennessee or Google Fiber)
