This is a petition to stop the illegal extortion of online mugshot posting and websites that use them for extortion and post people's likeness against their will. This gives an assumption of guilt and ruins lives causing people to not be able to get jobs which hurts the economy and the future of the country. This process and these websites go against the very reason for out legal system and the presumption of innocence and these people should be prosecuted and people's reasonable expectation of privacy upheld. This is also a public safety issue having people's photo and information online as well as violating the religious beliefs of many people.
