I've noticed that there are a lot of withdraw requests. I saw one for my state, and noticed that the creator was not a resident. This is an outright disgrace that this person is able to create and cause conflict by bringing issues that do not involve the said state.
If the creator was from the said state this would be different.
Also if they do not live in the state for the petition they should not be able to sign it, for it does not involve them.
