I read an article in which I found interesting because republicans want a so called pipeline built all the way across the country to Texas.
It makes NO sense... Why do the republicans want a pipeline from Alaska to Texas so bad?
That makes NO SENSE what so ever to build a pipeline all the way to Texas, all the way across this country. Why not build the pipeline to North Dakota or Washington state? From there you can then branch out via truck, train, ship or whatever.
Have the pipeline stop in a northern state and build whatever supporting infrastructure there that is needed.. i.e. terminals, refineries.. etc etc.. Huge numbers of jobs would be created from not only those locations but from the new trucking, rail and ship contracts that would be needed.
