Not allow Pregnant Teens to receive Welfare Benefits unless they Graduate from High School and Work to minimize Poverty.

Created by M.H. on September 24, 2011

President Obama's administration should adjust the requirements to receive Wefare Programs and Aid. The requirement should promote education and employment to qualify for government assistance of any type. Currently the poor have more help than working-class people who are paying for them to have those benefits. We pay the rich to get richer and continue to carry the weight of those in poverty on our backs. If we don't change this the 'middle class working' will not survive. We're paying on the back and front ends leaving nothing for us when we may need a little help. The system has turned the benefits equation upside down, e.g, those in poverty get everything with little or no motivation to work and the 'middle class working' can't get any type of assistance during economic downturns.
