This has gone on long enough. Thanksgiving is supposed to be a time of giving and spending that time with the ones we care about the most. Every year it becomes a competition among retailers to see who can open sooner and rake in the customers money. "The early bird gets the worm" Is what I imagine most of the CEO's of these companies feel is the right way of thinking. It is a basic human right to be able to spend this time with family and not at work for those who have no moral compass. All employees of these companies are just numbers nowadays, not human beings. They have pushed too far this time and I believe it needs to be stopped. Limit retail stores to opening no sooner than Midnight Black Friday. Something must be done about this before Thanksgiving becomes just another day.
