Not allow Softbank/Sprint to buy and/or merge with T-Mobile. It will create job loss, and less competition.

Created by K.M. on June 09, 2014

T-Mobile has changed the mobile network industry with its Uncarrier Moves. Allowing T-Mobile to be bought by Softbank will not only result in job loss, but will also create less competition and possibly a monopoly. If they are merged/bought, they must convert one of the networks to the other. CDMA and GSM is not compatible. If all is switched to GSM, Verizon Wireless will monopolize CDMA. If all is switched to CDMA, AT&T will monopolize GSM. Allowing a merger or buyout between #3 and #4 National Carriers will result in a possible monopoly and dissatisfied customers.
