There is absolutely no good reason that any state should secede from the United States of America. I don't agree with every aspect of our government, but secession is simply not the answer. Real men and women would fight to change the government, not abandon it. I fear what would happen if any state seceded from the union. In doing so, we would directly contradict what our nation has been working towards for over 200 years. America is a worldwide superpower, but if Texas secedes, and other states follow suit, we would have 50 incredibly weak countries, as opposed to the exceedingly powerful one.
